Theresa Neifert is the owner. Theresa has been in the beauty industry for 35 years. In addition to being skilled in every aspect of the hairstyling discipline, she is also skilled within the art of Natural Nail Care and Theraputic Pedicure services. Theresa’s training has continued over the years to include special hair cutting/design by hair artists such as Sam Brocato and Peter Webb. Hair Color Corrections and Special Effect Coloring are just some of the services that she delights her clients with. Theresa insists that individualized consultations for each client is essential in order to give the most comprehensive and personalized service for each valued client she creates for.

Esthetician, Debra Felske Of Deb’s Waxing Room within Shear Ego Salon is ready to help you with all of your skin and body care needs. Debra experience with facials, body wraps and your special body waxing needs is unsurpassed.

Michelle Cavanaugh is a wonderful young hairstylist, with creativity galore! Michelle studied at Paul Michell Cosmetology School. Her favorite service to offer is hair color makeovers. She loves to give her clients the latest in cutting edge styling and color. She is as enthusiastic about her work as are her clients when she is done creating for them. Michelle's depth and beliefs can be summed up in one of her favorite movie quotes from "Hitch": "Never lie, steal, cheat, or drink... But if you must lie, lie in the arms of the one you love. If you must steal, steal away from bad company. If you must cheat, cheat death. And if you must drink, drink in the moments that take your breath away."

Rhonda Burnett takes great pride in the many years she has dedicated to perfecting her craft. Rhonda is a Master hairstylist with the training and experience to bring the best out in all her clients. Unlike some stylists that only specialize in chemical services or cutting services, Rhonda is involved in the whole process of creating each new look for her clients. She loves the complete process of creating the styles and haircolor for her clients and ensuring what works best for them. The finished product has Rhonda's name stamped all over it!

Linee Cucinotti is the Salon Manager. Linee wants the clients to know that customer service means everything to her. She wants every client to feel special while having a service in Shear Ego Salon and loves to see them feel beautiful and cared for.
